The Process

1. Initial Assessment

First, we will come to you to see the site, to understand your wishes and create together a strategy to make these wishes come true. We will offer you some initial guidance and advice and you can rest assure that one of our KEY VALUES is INTEGRITY. We will always tell you the truth even if this mean that in some cases, we will not charge you anything.

2. Concept Design

In order to provide you with a correct projection of your dream we need to define the existing parameters. One of our team colleagues will undertake a thorough site investigation and measured building survey. If the nature of your property will require special type of survey, made by a different specialist consultant, we will be happy to coordinate everything in your behalf. After me made sure that the existing situation is properly defined, we will start the creative process, generating the bespoke design that you are waiting for.

4. Building Regulation

To ensure that your project will exceed all the technical standards we will make sure that we will prepare a full set of detailed drawings and specifications that will cover specific topics including: structural integrity, fire protection, accessibility, energy performance, acoustic performance, protection against falls, electrical and gas safety.

3. Planning

We are fully capable for managing the entire Planning Applications process for you, using the approach that is best suited for your situation. We are ready to fight for your dream with all the resources possible including the liaising with all 3rd parties, including local boroughs or councils, going for public consultations or through public appeals.
